Abstract

This is 1 of 3 envelopes of black and white photographs documenting field work on Wake Island for the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program, 1964-1965. Photographs have captions on the reverse side and list description, location, and date (April 1964). There are images of individual birds (Brown Booby, Noddy, Red-footed Booby, Frigate bird, Sooty Tern) of various ages, nests, and eggs. Locations include Wilkes Island, Kuku Point, Peale Island, Flipper Point.
