Abstract

The black and white photographs document field work on Sand-Johnston Island for the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program, March 1968. There is a note card in the front of the folder that lists photograph descriptions (apparently for photographs in the folder) for Sooty colony at various locations on island. Descriptions include information about direction, island geographic landmarks, date, and time of day. Photographs have no captions. They show views of bird colony on various locations of the island.
