Abstract

The black and white photographs document field work on Sand Island as part of Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program, May 20 -23, 1967. Photographs were taken by B. A. Harrington. Photograph captions ilist date and description which sometimes includes bird band number or time of day. Subject matter covers close up shots of Brown Boobies of various ages across the island. There is also a photograph of bird band data for May 9 - May 12. Direction is often written below the photographic image.
