Abstract

The black-and-white photographs document field work completed for Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program on Moku Manu, September 26, 1967. The image captions include alpha-numeric identifier (53-A to 56-D), location, description (sometimes additional information about location e.g. south slope of island), date, and photographer. Photographs were take by Philip C. Shelton. Subject matter covers terrain (coastline), individual and flocks of birds (Red-footed Booby), rodent with Ralph W. Schreiber. There is a note in the front of the folder dated August 10, 1970, stating that negatives are in the personal files of Philip C. Shelton at Clinch Valley College.
