Abstract

The 3 black and white photographs document field work completed for Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program on Pearl and Hermes Atoll, June 5, 1962. There are captions on the reverse side listing sources, description, location, and date. Subject matter includes oblique views of the sandbar south of North Island, boat channel between Bird Island and Southeast Island, and boat channel between Sand Island and Bird Island. Photographs are courtesy of the U.S. Naval Station Midway Island.
