PrintThe six envelopes of black and white photographs document observations of red-tailed tropicbirds completed during the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program. The captions on the reverse side include a combination of description (type of bird, sometimes number,age listed in number of days old, sex), nest number, roll number. Subject matter include individual and groups of the birds in habitat and eggs. Pictures often include a ruler to indicate size. Four of the envelopes are numbered for the bird pictured (58, 64, 66, 67).
