Abstract

This field correspondence documents work completed during the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program, November to December 1964. Correspondence documents travel, collecting, supplies, and other logistics. There are also references to possibly first confirmed observation of a sooty tern (includes band number) breeding on more than one island. Includes a copy of newspaper, The Hourglass. Locations include Sand Island; Kwajalein, Marshall Islands.
