Abstract

This is field correspondence documenting work completed during the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program, July to September, 1963. Letters describe work completed; some include extensive descriptions of observations and work relating to birds, mammals, and parasites found on Kure Island. One includes a bird list that details abundance, behavior, and habitat. Locations include Hawaiian Islands, specifically Kure and Binion. Correspondents are numerous.
