PrintThe note cards and images document social behavior of primates observed by Suzanne Ripley during 1970 - 1971. The note cards are divided into categories: sleep, embrace, facial expression - whoop, scan, facial expression - ack, facial expression - threat, facial expression - yawn, brow - wipe, facial expression - grimace, tail posture, present - mount, sexual, play, grooming, withs, gatherings, to be filed, and interactions sequences. Note cards include a combination of information: date, time, film no., place, location, photo no., series, and subjects. Subject are numbered lists relating to images (negatives and photographs).
