Abstract

The diary documents the field work of Andrew Caudell, 1889. There is an explanatory note inside the front cover describing contents, stating that several insects were collected in the vicinity of Kansas City, Kansas. Pages are numbered. Includes lengthy entries in a narrative style describing collected insects, their appearance, location where collected, and sometimes behavior. In the back portion of the volume is a personal diary covering November 2 - 29, 1889.
