Abstract

The notebook documents field work conducted by Roger Clapp on Enderbury Island, April 18 - 21, 1971. Pages are numbered (24 - 57). Entries are dated and list band number and unidentified abbreviations of information. On page 36 there is a list of abbreviations and meanings for subsequent table of information on egg floatation. Entries after this vary in content, but include a combination of information about eggs, nests, environment, bird banding and returns, as well as narrative explanations of work completed. A portion of the notebook is blank.
