Abstract

The catalog documents collecting, some of which was completed for the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program, 1962-1969. Most entries include field number, species, sex, location, date, gonads, weight, remarks, collector, and number. Remarks include a combination of information about specimen preparation, additional location information, if kept in captivity, measurements of organs, and appearance. Locations include but not limited to the islands of Sibylla, Sand, Johnston, Laysan, Kauai, Wake, Marshall, Phoenix [Rawaki], Howland as well as Alaska and Pacific Ocean.
