Abstract

The field book documents the work of Roger Clapp as part of the ATF trip #8 on Howland, Phoenix, and Line Islands, for May 14 - July 1, 1965. Work was completed for the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey. On the inside cover is a list of band numbers that were incorrectly reported for SIC #8. Entries are dated, headed with locations (island name or latitude and longitude), type of bird (common name), and band number. A portion of the notebook is blank. Islands include Howland, Phoenix, Enderbury, Malden, and Christmas [Kiritimati].
