Abstract

The field book documents the field work of Roger Clapp in Phoenix Islands, October 9 - November 20, 1963. Work was completed for the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey. Beginning lists captain of vessel. Entries are dated and headed with location (island name) and bird type. This is followed by lists of bird band numbers with age of bird. There is also information about returns. A portion of the book is blank. Islands include Howland, Baker, McKean, Phoenix [Rawaki], and Enderbury.
