Abstract

The materials document Suzanne Ripley's observations of primates during the Smithsonian Primate Survey, 1969 - 1970. 13 maps document the movement of troops with time of day. These are accompanied by typed and / or handwritten notes that are dated and have timed observations describing movements, vegetation, behaviors, and interactions. Troops are given alpha numeric identifiers. Hand written notes are sometimes transcribed.
