Abstract

This item measures roughly 5 inches in length and contains miscellaneous field notes, taken in West Virginia and Bluestone River, Coal , and possibly Maryland and Kentucky. Handwriting is difficult to ready and written in pencil. The dates 1811 and 1824 appear, and a note about witness at federal court dated 29 Nov. 1824. The item is otherwise undated.
