Abstract

Six envelopes of images document Helmut Buechner's study of pronghorn in Texas, 1947. Envelope 1 includes aerial photographs of the Trans-Pecos region of southwestern Texas, envelope 2 are oblique views of terrain of same region, envelope 3 includes grass and browse. Envelopes 4 - 6 show detail views of pronghorn (some images have negative number on the back). Envelope 4 includes numbered images 0 - 7, 9, 10 of pronghorn; envelope 5 includes images 11-21; and envelope 6 has images 22 - 23, 31 - 33, 36.
