Abstract

The dictabelt is a recording of Helmut Buechner's field notes for work completed for TG 6, June 1 - 2, 1963. Field observations begin with time of day (sometimes every few minutes), followed by descriptions of individual kob (identified by tag number, sex, territory number, physical appearance), behavior, and interactions between sexes (including copulation). Sometimes there are observations of area flora and fauna.
