Abstract

The notebook documents Walter Leuthold's field work relating to Kob, June 26 - October 21, 1963. Entries are dated and vary in content. Some are primarily observations of behavior and location of kob with time of day, also listing quantity and sex. Others include time of day, identifier, sex, measurements (total, shoulder, girth, lef, ear, tail, and unidentified measurements), location (e.g. e of road, across from old location), sometimes age or anatomy including weight and sexual characteristics.
