Abstract

The notebook documents Walter Leuthold's field work relating to Kob, January 7 - February 28, 1963. Entries are written from front and the back of the notebook. From the front, dated entries include time of day, identifier, sex, measurements (total, shoulder, girth, lef, ear, tail, and unidentified measurements), location. From the back are numbered lists of descriptions relating to appearance of individual Kob as well as a table of data on fawns (number, date, rt ear, lft ear).
