Abstract

This item consists of a folder of data collected at sea by Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program staff, 1963, on Southern Island Cruise 3. Includes both typed and handwritten materials recording observations of birds. Observation lists include: date, time, and geographic coordinates. An annotated list of at sea observations lists observations by species, with notes on abundance, notes on collection, location, and other remarks. Banding data is also included. Observations made aboard the USS Tawakoni.
