Abstract

The notebook documents geological fieldwork completed by August Foerste in Kentucky and Indiana, 1910. Includes extensive illustrations of specimens with descriptions, location information, and initial determinations. Descriptions can be lengthy. Includes unidentified lists of information and geological sections. There are also lists of numbered locations with geological descriptions and what appear to be specified degrees. There are loose inserts dividing the notebook.
