Abstract

Notes, maps, correspondence, and specimen lists document various aspects of Pleurophorus, 1937-1948. Correspondence and specimen lists document details about collecting events. These include collecting location, area vegetation, soil composition, and lists the related lot number. These are from the February 24, 1948 letter from William F. Turner, entomologist, who was collecting in Fort Valley, Georgia, for the USDA, Agricultural Research Administration.
