Abstract

Bureau of Fisheries record of mussel specimens collected during Bureau investigations, sent to the United States National Museum along with the collections. This volume contains records for tin tag numbers 2151 to 4004, collected circa 1900-1911 (mostly 1908). Data recorded includes tag number, species, river, locality, date, collector, remarks, and disposition. List of rivers with corresponding page numbers is included on a preliminary page. Locality: Auglaize River (Ohio), Green River, Missiquoi River, Lake Champlain, and Tippecanoe River (Indiana).
