Abstract

Original logbook of the Fish Hawk, 23 April to 8 August 1925, station record numbers 9666 to 9710. Data recorded include station no., date, hour, position (lat. and long.), locality, depth, bottom, wind direction, wind force, sea, sky, temperatures, currents, "nets, etc., used", and notes. Notes include recordings for depth, #, read., const. n, temp., and other data. Stations are located in waters off of Massachusetts. Localities include: Plum Island, Newburyport, Salisbury Beach, Great Boars Head, Stellwagon Bank, Cape Cod, Bellinsgate Shoal, and others.
