The list includes number (Hkf1 through Hkf119), scientific name, notes on collection or observation (purchased in the market, seen in the market, etc.), and no. of specimens collected. The third list is entitled "Japanese Fishes not elsewhere catalogued, Jpf". The list includes number (Jpf-1 through Jpf-29), scientific name, notes on collection (purchased, caught, etc.). The fourth list is entitled "List of fishes purchased at the market of Napa Kiang, Loo Choo [Ryukyu Islands], April 1855". The list includes number (Lchf-1 through Lchf-14) and scientific name.
