Abstract

The correspondence documents bongo captured in Nairobi, 1968 - 1969. They discuss observed bongo, regions they frequent and where trapped, care and health of bongo once collected, and lists of animals collected. Most correspondence relates to John Seago in Kenya. Letters also cover changing staff and activities at John Seago. There are documents covering the procurement of birds and other mammals. Includes photocopies. Correspondents include D. Anthony Parkinson and John Seago.
