Abstract

This catalog documents Edgar A. Mearns' and Frank X. Holzner's collecting during the Mexican Boundary Survey, 1893-1895. Pages are numbered. Includes notes with dated entries detailing weather, observed flora and fauna, abundance / rarity, wildlife behavior, habitat (including sketches), campsites. There are descriptions of fossil beds in Guadalupe Canyon, trees in various specified localities.
