This item consists of the field notebook of Stanwyn G. Shetler, Alaska and Canada, 1959. The book includes a list of Shetler's bryophyte and lichen collections, summer 1959, with Stone. Also included are narrative entries that describe observations of landscape and vegetation, and plant collecting activities. Localities include: Watson Lake (Yukon T.), Johnson's Crossing (Yukon T.), Keystone Canyon (Alaska), St. Paul Harbor (Alaska), Kodiak Island (Alaska), Juneau (Alaska), and possibly others. Also includes lists of photos taken.
