Abstract

The black-and-white photographs document the work of R. E. Vaden in Morocco as part of the Smithsonian Institution African Mammal Project, 1969 - 1970. On the reverse side of the photographs are captions with photograph number and combination of location, date, and subject matter. Subject matter includes examples of habitat, vistas of terrain including coastlines, campsites, and vegetation. Locations include Nador, Aknoul, Tetouan [Tétouan], Ben-Slimane [Ben Slimane], El-Jadida [El Jadida], and Rissani.
