Abstract

The black and white photographs were taken by William Foshag of Paricutín Volcano, August 1- 5, 1943. Includes image numbers F106B - F120. On the reverse side, some include the image number, date, and sometimes a description or indication of vantage point. Subject matter includes daytime and nighttime eruptions and emanating clouds from the volcano; and detail images of lava formations. Includes duplicates.
