Abstract

This field book consists of the field notes of Stanwyn G. Shetler from a Rocky Mountains Expedition (including Montana, Idaho, and Oregon) in 1960. Includes Shetler's notes on Campanula roundifolia (harebell). Notes are descriptive in nature and cover: habitat, specific habitat, phenology, harebells, regional forest, other plants observed, soil, and other notes for each location. Localities include: Lake Superior, Carbondale (IL), McKittrick Canyon, Harrison (AR), and possibly others. Also includes cytological collections (1 through 13), listing scientific name, date, locality, and quantity collected; and a list of roots (with locality and date).
