Abstract

The black-and-white photographs document collecting in Dahomey [Benin] and Togo as part of the Smithsonian Institution African Mammal Project, April - May, 1968. On the reverse side of the photographs are captions with location, subject matter, and date. Subject matter covers detail images of vegetation, bat on a branch and in vicinity of campsite, vistas of terrain of Padori (Togo), lavia habitat, and campsites.
