Abstract

This item consists of species accounts by Joe T. Marshall, detailing his field work with birds from 1961-1963. Localities include but may not be limited to Arizona and Mexico. Dated entries are generally organized by species, and include such information as specific locality, altitude, weather conditions, terrain or forest description, species lists, numbers of species, sketches, sketched maps, and general notes on observing and collecting. Notes are divided into sections labeled "Fuscus pairs," "Fuscus general," "Aberti pairs," and "Aberti general." This species account is labeled as "Pipilo."
