PrintThis is a field journal by Joe T. Marshall, detailing his field work with birds from January 5 - December 22, 1961. Dated entries detail accounts of observing and collecting birds in areas such as Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Colorado, and Mexico. Information included are times, altitudes, weather conditions, terrain and forest descriptions, and some sketched maps of certain collecting localities. The pages are numbered 2-82. There are also seven bird checklist cards with notes and marks relating to certain species.
