Abstract

This is a field journal by Joe T. Marshall, detailing his field work with birds from February 19 - December 21, 1960. Dated entries detail accounts of observing and collecting birds in areas of Arizona, California, and Mexico. Information included are times, altitudes, weather conditions, terrain and forest descriptions, and a map with some notes written on it. The pages are numbered 12-73, with a note that pages 1-11 are filed with Pipilo. There are also four bird checklist cards with notes and marks relating to certain species.
