Abstract

This is a field journal by Joe T. Marshall, detailing his field work with birds in Arizona from December 3, 1949 - December 30, 1950. The journal has dated entries which include such information as altitudes, distances, specific localities, bird calls and numbers, terrain and weather descriptions, and detailed accounts of observing and collecting birds. There are also some typed notes and some bird sketches included.
