Abstract

This diary was kept by Robert E. Silberglied on a trip to Lignumvitae Key (Florida). The book is undated. Entries include personal diary entries, requirements for a protected area, lists of insects observed with tally marks to indicate quantity, draft of a report, diagrams, maps, and miscellaneous notes. Also included is a list of plants that includes: scientific name, common name, and colors of leaves, flowers, and fruits. Some numbers (possibly collector numbers) are also included with entries.
