Abstract

This binder contains field records of collections made in Louisiana in 1955 and 1956, recorded by W. R. Taylor. It is a portion (part 3 of 3) of a set of fish collection notes of William R. Taylor from 1953 to 1956. Each sheet records collections made at one locality on one day. Information on each sheet includes locality, collector, date, method of collection, and a list of the name and number of each species collected. Primary collectors are fishery crew and Victor Lambou; collections are also made by W. R. Taylor and others. Localities include rivers and lakes in Louisiana, such as Ouachita River and Lake Bistineau. The sheets at the front of the binder are numbered from FLA-001 to FLA-025.
