Abstract

This field book consists of the field notes of William R. Maxon, from field work in Jamaica, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, New York, Florida, England, Massachusetts, and Maine, 1908-1948. Collector numbers 10241 through 11309 are included. Entries include: collector number, scientific name, locality, and date. Localities include: St. Ann (Jamaica), Plummers Island (MD), Kenilworth Castle (England), Hauts (England), Kittyhawk (NC), Oneida (NY), Cabin John (MD), Fort Meade (FL), and others. Entries are not in consistent chronological order.
