Abstract

This field book consists of the field notes of William R. Maxon, from field work in Jamaica, Guatemala, and the United States, 1904-1906. Collector numbers 2405 through 3900 are included (note that numbers differ from what is printed on the spine of the book). Entries include: collector number, scientific name, locality, and date. Some entries include collecting locality notes (on rocks, trail, etc.). Localities include: Port Antonio (Jamaica), Cinchona (Jamaica), Cleveland Park (DC), Fairfax (VA), Belize (British Honduras), Puerto Barrio (Guatemala), Sequanquim (Guatemala), Mazatenango (Guatemala), Senahu (Guatemala), Victoria (TX), Oneida (NY), and Plummers Island (MD).
