Abstract

This field book consists of a list of plant specimens collected by P. C. Standley in Texas and New Mexico, 1924. Collector numbers 40283 through 40764 are included. Entries list collector number, scientific name or common name, locality, and date. Some entries include collection note (on tree, on log, etc.), physical description of specimen (size, color, etc.). Localities include: Carlsbad, McKittrick Canyon, Slaughter C., Queen, Carson Seep, Sitting Bull Falls.
