Abstract

This field books consists of the narrative field notes of P. C. Standley, on plants in the Lancetilla and Siguatepeque area of Honduras. No dates are indicated in the book. Standley lists specimen scientific names with brief notes on where the plant is found, abundance / rarity, and physical features (color, size, etc.). Some entries include the local names of the plants, and local medicinal uses as well. No collector numbers are included; it is unknown if the specimens were collected.
