Abstract

This is volume 1 of a bird egg specimen catalog, representing the collection of Robert W. Williams and spanning from 1876-1922. Localities include but are not limited to Virginia, Florida, Colorado, California, and Alaska. Dated entries are organized by specimen and contain accounts of egg collecting, including locality, nest location, species, and other relevant information. Pages are numbered 1-190, and field numbers range from 1-247. A typed index to this volume is present in the back, and some sketches are also present.
