Abstract

This field book may have been kept by L. B. Smith. The book includes diary-type entries that document travel and field work in Brazil. The book is dated 27 January to 11 May, but includes no years. Entries are brief and include expense lists, to-do lists, colleagues and institutions visited, field activities, notes on travel, and specimen descriptions.
