Abstract

The Logbook documents the voyage of Tomas Barrera Expedition to Cuba in 1914. Entries are daily, dated, and details activities of expedition participants, way points of the voyage, weather, specimens collected, description of terrain, temperatures, geological cross sections, and methods of collecting. References tag numbers for specimens. Includes hand drawn maps of sites visited off the coast of Cuba, and some sketches of specimens. Locations in Cuba include Pan de Azucar, Punta Colorado, Cayo de la Lena, and Cabo San Antonio.
