There are sketches of specimen anatomy throughout. Includes inserted notes, sketches and colored illustrations, pressed leaf, sections copied dated 1897. One specimen sent from Germany. Locations are in New Hampshire (Jefferson Highlands); New York (Van Cortlandt Park); New Mexico (Las Cruces); and Florida (Lake Worth).
