Abstract

This volume is a catalog of bird specimens collected on the Marshall Islands from 29 April to 7 May 1967 for the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program. Collections were made on Jemo Island and islands of Taongi Atoll, Ailinginae Atoll, Bikar Atoll, and other islands of the Marshall Islands. Fields include museum number, field number, species, location, date, age, sex, and weight. Field numbers span from 52040 to 52186. Museum numbers are within the range of 543051 and 543501 and also include 498369. Species include Anous spp., Sterna fuscata [Onychoprion fuscatus], Sula spp., and others.
