Abstract

Consists of a number of miscellaneous notes and papers of George Suckley, dating from around 1849. There is a private log detailing a vacation in which Suckley describes hunting and fishing activities, including mammal, bird, and fish information. There is information on bird plates, as well as a poem, sketch, and many expense logs. A specimen list of bird skins from Washington state is also present, as well as a cloth map.
