Abstract

Consists of a field notebook by George Suckley, dating from 1855 and detailing field work on birds and fish mainly in Minnesota. Part of this notebook contains journal entries describing daily activity and casual wildlife observations. There are also specimen lists of fish and birds that may contain such information as sex, locality, physical measurements, colors, and additional behavioral and observational notes.
